Use Copy signature for Gmail in your browser. The Gmail mobile app only accepts plain text, so use Copy plain text there.

Add it to your email

Everyone sets up their own signature, so it takes about a minute per person.

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. In Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings.
  3. Scroll to the Signature section and click Create new (or edit your existing one).
  4. Click into the editor, paste with Cmd/Ctrl + V, and give it a name.
  5. Under Signature defaults, choose it for both new emails and replies/forwards.
  6. Scroll to the very bottom and click Save Changes.
